Library@East presents the third part of the art medium exhibiton by our very own CE Visual Arts Club students – acrylic painting.
Acrylic paint is the most versatile type of paint, not only because acrylic paint dries faster, but it can also be painted on many surfaces, such as paper, canvas, metal and wood. Acrylic paint can be diluted with water to create a watercolour paint effect or used without dilution with water for an oil paint quality. Our students used acrylic paint to paint still life and nature. Once, they were done with the painting, they applied a layer of gloss varnish for the final finishing touch.
Come, see and discover the art pieces that might inspire you!
