Talk-cum-Workshop on Soft Skills

Some of the most common soft skills employers are looking for and will be assessing you on include:
 

  • Strong Work Ethic

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Time Management Abilities
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Acting as a Team Player
  • Self-Confidence
  • Ability to Accept and Learn From Criticism.

Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attribute, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients among others that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others and perform well.
 

The Elements Club together with Fei Yue SAC (Senja) are bringing this training session on soft skills to the Club members to better interact with others and achieve their goals complementing hard skills.
