These hands-on techniques will help you to release your stress, tension, anxiety and insomnia. Understanding your pressure points for headache, migraine, shoulders and back pain will instantly heal your chronic ailments and achieve wholeness in your personal well-being. 


This is the second of the four series under “Overcoming Social and Personal Well-Being During this Pandemic Crisis” conducted by Ms Agnes Koh, President of Etiquette & Image & EII Fitwell International, with funding from Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.

About the Trainer:


Agnes Koh is the founder of Etiquette & Image & EII Fitwell International. She holds a diverse range of portfolios in Health and Wellness, Mental and Emotional, Mind, Body and Lifestyles. She is also a certified Image, Etiquette & Protocol Consultant, Certified Behavioural Consultant, has a Diploma in Yoga Teaching, and has numerous Fitness, Health and Wellness certifications.

Agnes is a strategic partner with ActiveSG, SportsSG, and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). She is the producer and host for a variety of wellness and sport-related digital contents to enrich and celebrate a Stronger Singapore through sport. She has been a lifestyle educator for more than 20 years, sharing her vast experiences on social and personal well-being with all walks of life. 

Agnes was featured on Mediacorp Channel 8, radio 928 Live, Power 98 and and 88.3 Jia FM, ActiveSG TV, Straits Times, Shin Min, Zao Bao, Sunday Times, Her World, Cleo, Shape, Women’s Weekly, Young Parents, Simply Her, New York Times Style Magazines, and numerous social media channels.
